This petition has been filed to modify the condition namely the petitioner/accused is directed stay at Trichy Special Refugees Camp till the case is concluded imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2177 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing in India with her family and she had also obtained her aadhar card and birth certificate to her children.

4. Considering the representations made by either side and considering the fact that the petitioner is residing in India with her family and other aspects, this Court is now inclined to modify the condition no.1 imposed by the Trial Court viz., Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, to the effect that one of the two sureties should be a blood surety and the condition no.2 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required and in other aspects, the conditions imposed by the Trial Court are intact.
