(CRIME NO.586/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police every day at 10.30am as until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the above case in CRL.OP.NO.19125/2021 pending on the file of the respondent police in Cr.No.586/2021 and pass any such further or other order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19125 of 2021 on 08.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once i.e. first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 03/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
