Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to regularize the period of suspension from 14.05.2008 to 12.05.2011 as a period spent on duty and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner including fixation of pay in the revised scales of pay, payment of arrears of subsistence allowance at the rate of 75% for the period 07.10.2009 to 12.05.2011 and transfer back to the Government Primary Health Centre, Samalpatti, where he was working when he was placed under suspension.
