Crl.O.P.No.22502 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.22502 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J., This criminal original petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the case pending trail in C.C.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai on the file of the respondent police.

2. This Court has considered this bail petition twice earlier and found that the father and sons have looted the public money and facing trial.

3. This Court finds no reason to entertain the bail petition repeatedly, unless and until the petitioner come forward to deposit the entire money looted fraudulently.
