Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2016 and 07.08.2016 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The issue involved in this writ petition pertains to the affairs of Jehovah Nissi [House of Worship] at Door No.16, Otteri High Road, Bagayam, Vellore-632002 and one Mr.M.Aaron Joseph, the 3rd respondent herein, claiming to be the Secretary of the said Trust, submitted a petition on 10.12.2015 requesting the 2nd respondent not to recognise the Executive Committee, in which one Thiru V.P.Ekambaram is acting as the Treasurer and the 3rd respondent has also approached this Court by filing WP.No.2148/2016 and this Court, vide order dated 22.01.2016, has directed the 2nd respondent therein to consider and dispose of the said representation and accordingly, the 2nd respondent passed an order dated 07.04.2016 stating that since the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent had filed Form-VII and also the Annual Report, both are kept pending and action will be taken in accordance with the Circular No.7/2011 [34579/I1/2011] dated 27.07.2011 issued by the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that despite lapse of four months, no further orders have been passed by the 2nd respondent and in this regard, the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 07.08.2016 to the respondents 1 and 2 and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to take note of the said Circular No.7/2011 [34579/I1/2011] dated 27.07.2011 and pass orders on Form-VII and the Annual Reports submitted by the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd respondent herein.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
