ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.102 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Erode.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 19.08.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned I Additional District Judge, Erode as to how long she will take for disposal of the application. The learned I Additional District Judge, Erode sent a report stating that she would take all the expeditious steps necessary for disposal of the application.

3. Though an outer limit has not been stated by the learned I Additional District Judge, Erode, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.102 of 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
