O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Thiruvarur to complete the trial in J.C.C.No.3 of 2017 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not appeared before the Juvenile Justice Board and not co-operate for trial.

3. Considering the said submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board on all hearings without fail and co-operate for trial. Further, the Juvenile Justice Board, Thiruvarur is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
