This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9691 of 2023, dated 05.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet in this case has been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.84 of 2020 by the concerned Court.

3. Therefore, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, on all hearing dates without fail.
