This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Special Court for trial of SC & ST Cases at Villupuram to consider the bail application of the petitioner in connection with the first information report in Cr.No.428 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent police on the very same date of his surrender.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to consider the bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. 13.08.2024 Vv To
