Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent and if any other persons connected to the offences based on the complaint dated 15.11.2021 and 14.07.2022 and provide necessary protection to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent and if any other persons connected to the offences based on the complaint dated 15.11.2021 and 14.07.2022 and to provide necessary protection to the petitioner. 2.

Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.11.2021 and 14.07.2022 after issuance of notice to the third respondent and to dispose of the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
