ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.908 of 2020 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the respondent an FIR in Crime No.908 of 2020 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 143, 269, 270 and 271 of IPC. After investigation the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Coimbatore on 07.07.2022.
