(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges encroachment on the common pathway by respondent Nos.2 to 4 and it is alleged that though some action was taken initially, thereafter, nothing has been done.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we direct that the last representation of the petitioner dated 13.6.2016 be decided within a period of two months of the receipt of copy of this order, after notice to all concerned.
