2. After notice, today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Veerasekaran learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents / contemnors submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and the sale deed has been executed in favour of the petitioner.

3. Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the orders have been complied with and the sale deed has been executed.
