The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the Crl.M.P.No.5266 of 2012 in Cr.No.509 of 2012 filed by the defacto complainant from the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court Egmore, to any other Sessions Court having competent jurisdiction.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 06.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.
