This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and also report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13499 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner had complied with the condition to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, till date, but, he had complied the condition to report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., only till 18.07.2023 and thereafter not complied the condition.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had not complied the condition to report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., after 18.07.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, is also directed to take steps to cancel the bail as per the conditions imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13499 of 2022, dated 19.06.2023.
