ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience to the order of this Court in W.P.No.1020 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Gowthaman, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondents that they are ready and willing to comply with the orders of this Court; however, petitioner has not come forward to execute the sale deed. He would submit that if petitioner comes forward to execute the sale deed, the same would be done provided; it is in compliance with the orders of this Court in WP Nos.1018 and 1020 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks two weeks' time to approach the respondent authority for executing the sale deed, which was agreed to by learned Additional Advocate General for respondents.
