This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail.

Considering the nature of the offence, wherein, the petitioner along with other party murdered the victim in front of the Court and stage of the investigation, condition to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and also to report before the respondent police, every day at 6.30 p.m., is modified as below:

The petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
