ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 20.02.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24277 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to conduct enquiry

on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.181 of 2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, pass orders on the same, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to both sides, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on 13.05.2025 and closed the same. He further submitted that the enquiry report was also served to the petitioner on the same day. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
