The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to return the original certificates and refund the admission fees of Rs.1,50,000/- collected by the second respondent with nominal interest within the time limit as fixed by this High Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner completed the Higher Secondary Education during the year 20182020 and she belong to Most Backward Class. The petitioner's father is doing agricultural works. The petitioner was provisionally admitted to Pharm D Course and paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the second respondent. Thereafter, her father was affected by Gliosis diseases and she was constrained to leave her study as she could not spend Rs.4,30,000/- per academic year. Hence, she made representation dated 17.08.2021 to the second respondent seeking to refund of money and return of original certificates and since the same has not yet been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to return the original certificates and refund the admission fees of Rs.1,50,000/- collected by the second respondent to the petitioner, within a reasonable time frame.
4. Since this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and if the petitioner is eligible for return of the original certificates and refund of the amount, shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
