This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15295 of dated 18.07.2023 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15295 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
