MA.A-1/4703/2013 dated 26.06.2013 and quash the same and directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his service as Basic Health Worker in Zonal -1 Thiruvottiyur, Chennai City Municipal Corporation, Chennai and for further orders.
