K.Kalyanasundaram v. The Inspector Of Police

The petitioner, who is an accused in POCSO offence, granted bail on condition that he should report before the trial Court daily. For the past 49 days, he had complied the condition and now seeks relaxation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the final report has been filed and trial has commenced.

3. Taking note of the facts, the condition is relaxed in toto and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
