The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.8 of 2009 on the file of the Inspector of Police, W2 - All Women Police Station, Madipakkam, Chennai.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.8 of 2009, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1351 of 2009 and after due trial, the accused were also acquitted on 21.01.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.8 of 2009 and after due trial, the accused were also acquitted, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. 4.Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
