By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner is an Advocate by profession and he is a resident of Radha Nagar Main Road, Chrompet, Chennai 600

044. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the under by-pass road has been constructed near his residence, the approach road is yet to be put on place and very many personal representations, nothing has fructified. The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation on 07.03.2016 to the respondents and despite the receipt and acknowledgment of the same on 08.03.2016, no orders have been passed and hence, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court, taking into consideration, the above facts and circumstances, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2016 in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
