ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application dated 12.10.2013 of the petitioner for shifting of the terminus from Miller Stop to Tirupur Old Bus Stand in respect of the vehicle TN 51 Z 6161 on the route Miller Stop to Indiranagar.

It is the case of the petitioner that though the petitioner had given a representation to the respondent on 12.10.2013, the same has not yet been disposed of by the respondent.

Mr.A. Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2013, on merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer, sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2013 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
