This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1160 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the conviction order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Krishnagiri, in SPL.S.C.No.3 of 2019 dated 04.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
