ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2021 in CSR.No.401/2021 issued by the 2nd respondent and to investigate into the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report before the Competent Court of law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's mother came to the petitioner's home as well as to his office on several occasions and threatened to kill him and asked him to put his signature in the documents prepared by her, for which petitioner lodged a complaint to the Teynampet Police Station on 25.10.2021 and as well as before the respondent police on 27.10.2021. Since,no action has taken till date, the petitioner s filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the dispute is between mother and son, with regard to property dispute, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner C.S.R.was assigned. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submitted that the petitioner's mother was called for enquiry, but she failed to respondent. However, he submitted that the enquiry would be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
