ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21140 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner seeking family pension on the demise of her husband and disburse the arrears of family pension and continue to pay family pension to the petitioner, within the period of six weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's claim for family pension and passed order by the proceeding dated 19.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 19.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
