This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8438 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.

8837 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court without any deviation.
