This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18645 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) produced the proceedings of the Government of Puducherry, Directorate of Survey and Land Records Settlement Section-II, dated 17.09.2025 and was placed before this Court. 3.In the light of the above development, no further orders are required in this contempt petition and accordingly the same is closed. 24-09-2025 KP
