ORDER

This contempt petition is filed bringing to the notice of this Court of the willful disobedience of the order dated 19.03.2025 in W.P.No.9189 of 2025. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Senior Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that as a matter of fact even as on 12.03.2025, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the order was passed at the admission stage, but the same was not brought to the notice of this Court by the petitioner herein. 3.

In view thereof, since the representation of the petitioner stands disposed of by the order dated 12.03.2025, the same is recorded. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it will be open for the petitioner to take such steps in accordance with law as against the said order.
