This petition is filed to amend offence as under Section 406, 420, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 instead of Section 406, 420, 294(b) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 in the above Crl.O.P.No.23526 of 2022 on the file of this court dated 03.08.2023.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
