The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 388 days in filing the Written Statement of the Defendant No.6 in C.S.No.104 of 2024.

2. Mr.K.J.Nithianandam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3531 of 2025 of 2025 in C.S.No.104 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 388 days stands condoned.
