O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in clause (b) direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of crime No.12 of 2024 within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in Crl.O.P.No.8758 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8758 of 2025 on 22.04.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.12 of 2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He would further submit that the petitioner is only a daily wage employee and it is very difficult for the petitioner to manage their family, he was unable to mobilize the fund. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain in this petition seeking modification.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 29.07.2025 nvi 2/4
