St. Antonys Church v. The District Collector

WMP No.26133 of 2024 in W.P. No.19449 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to implead respondents 8 to 14 herein as party respondents in the writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has no serious objection for impleading the proposed respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the impleading petition is ordered and the respondents 8 to 14 herein are impleaded as respondents 8 to 14 in the writ petition.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
