ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025.
2. Upon perusal of the said representation, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the Executive Engineer and another person of the Salem Municipal Corporation.
3. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that upon receipt of the said complaint, to prima facie verify the facts and obtain comments on the factual aspects, the same has been forwarded to the Director 2/4
of Municipal Administration. Upon receipt of the comments and further information, a preliminary inquiry will be conducted, if necessary and based on the outcome, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
