This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29585 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 06.30 pm, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submissions and the nature of offence, the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29585 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is relaxed.
