Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the fourth respondent relating to the order vie Letter No.Au/CEP/Affln./FXEC/2004-05, dated 13.10.2004 and quash the same, consequently direct the fourth respondent herein to grant provisional affiliation to the petitioner college for

the courses for which approval has already been accorded by the second respondent i.e., AICTE 1) B.E. Electrical Engineering from 60 seats to 90 seats, 2) B.E.Electrical & Electronics Engineering from 60 seats to 90 seats, 3) B.E. Mechanical 60 seats (new course) and 4) Master business administration 60 seats (new course) for the academic year 2004-2005 in order to enable the petitioner to admit students.
