In view of the judgment of the Division Bench in the case of E.S.Sundara Mahalingam vs.

Special Tribunal for Cooperative Cases (District Judge) and anothers reported in 2020 (1) CWC 417, Registry is directed to convert this writ petition as Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the case shall be posted before the concerned Portfolio Judge.
