The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.897 of 2025 by order dated 28.01.2025, on the condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.6 lakhs in three installments and file an affidavit. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The petitioner has partially complied with the condition by filing the affidavit and depositing two out of the three installments Rs.2 lakhs each amounting to a total of Rs.4 lakhs. With regard to the third installment of Rs.2 lakhs, the petitioner has complied with the same within the stipulated time.

3. However, the lower Court has not permitted the petitioner to deposit the amount in connection with Crime No.812 of 2024.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to deposit the sum of Rs.2 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.812 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
