For Petitioner : Ms.V.Anusha O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the District Court - II, Kanchipuram to dispose of the Original Petition filed by him for grant of ancillary probate in O.P.No.40 of 2022 in respect of the Will of deceased Radhika Lakshminarayanan.

rpl 3.Perusal of e-Court entries filed by the petitioner would suggest that the matter has been pending from 24.06.2022 onwards in evidence stage without any substantial progress. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose the O.P.No.40 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
