This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to further extend the time to deposit the compensation amount to the credit of C.C.No.9424 of 2018 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, F.T.C-II, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7801 of 2023, dated 23.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for petitioners and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, the time is extended by two weeks from today to comply with the order of this Court dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7801 of 2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court. If the petitioners failed to comply with the order, the Court below shall make them serve the sentence as imposed by the Trial Court.
