When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.R.Rajesh, Inspector of Police, K10, Koyambedu Police Station was present before the

Court. An affidavit of the respondent has been filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "I respectfully submit that the above case has been taken on file by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and P.R.C.No.241 of 2025 has been assigned. The case stands posted to 28.08.2025 for issue of service."

The learned Government Advocate also placed before this Court the copy of the case status, where it is seen that the case is now pending in PRC No.241 of 2025 before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.
