Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (1)issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation dated 08.04.2019 of the petitioner herein for revision of seniority and consequential notional promotion in the post of R.W.O Grade-I / Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O., B.D.O. and then to the post of Assistant Director with all monetary benifits (in WMP.24070/2019);

(2)issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation dated 08.04.2019 of the petitioner herein for revision of seniority and consequential notional promotion in the post of R.W.O Grade-I / Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O., B.D.O. and then to the post of Assistant Director with all monetary benifits (in WMP.24077/2019);

(3) to issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation dated 13.04.2019 of the petitioner herein for notional benefits that would become payable to the Petitioner herein on revision of seniority of Rural Welfare Officer Grade-II(in WMP.24082/2019);

(4) to issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation dated 08.04.2019 of the petitioner herein for revision of seniority and consequential notional promotion in the Post of R.W.O. Grade-I / Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O, B.D.O and then to the post of Assistant Director with all monetary benefits(in WMP.24088/2019)

(5) to issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation dated 24.04.2019 of the petitioner herein for revision of seniority and consequential notional promotion in the post of R.W.O. Grade - I/ Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O. B.D.O and then to the post of Assistant Director with all monetary benefits(in WMP.24093/2019);

(6) to issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioners herein for revision of seniority based on the Judgment dated 19.04.2005 of the Honble Court rendered in W.P.No. 19960 to 19962 of 1998 and to give consequential notional promotion in the post of R.W.O Grade-I /Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O., B.D.O. and then to the post of Assistant Director with all monetary benefits(in WMP.24110/2019);

(7) to issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioners herein for revision of seniority based on the Judgment dated 19..04.2005 of this Honble Court rendered in W.P.No.19960 to 19962 of 1998 and consequential notional promotion with pay fixation in the post of R.W.O Grade-I /Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O., B.D.O. and then in the post of Assistant Director with all monetary benefits(in WMP.24112/2019) and

(8) to issue an order of interim direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner herein for revision of seniority based on the judgment dated 19.04.2005 of this Honble Court rendered in W.P.No. 19960 to 19962 of 1998 and consequential notional promotion with pay fixation in the post of R.W.O Grade-I /Assistant, Extension Officer, Deputy B.D.O., B.D.O. and then in the post of Assistant

Director with all monetary benefits(in WMP.24117/2019) respectively pending WP.Nos.24318, 24327, 24330, 24334, 24338, 24376, 24385 & 24389 of 2019.
