This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No. 16467 of 2023 dated24.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
