This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15921 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15921 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
