CRIME NO.867/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16242 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 07.09.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions. (*)2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
