The petitioner's grievance is the inaction on the part of the respondents to change the allotment of quarters in the name of his daughter who is also an employee of the Madras High Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pending the writ petition, the first respondent had issued GO.Ms.3D.No.12 dated 23.04.2015 whereby the quarters bearing no:E20 (B Block) was allotted to the petitioner's daughter.

3. In view of the subsequent development, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition are also closed.
