This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 955 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order in C.C.No.444 of 2005 on the file of the Judicial magistrate, Tambaram dated 17.07.2019.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of955 days is condoned and the petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
