2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken out to extend the time granted by this Court enabling the petitioners/appellants to deposit the amount to the credit of O.S.No.3723 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

3. In the said circumstances mentioned in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and three (3) days further time is granted to deposit the said amount to the credit of trial Court as mentioned supra.

4. List the matter on 07.07.2026.
